Rules and Conditions for Using the Ice Rink
To ensure a safe, enjoyable and organized experience for all guests, please follow the following rules:
1. Access to the Ice Rink
Only guests with a valid ticket, reservation or training registration are allowed on the ice. The administration reserves the right to refuse access to persons in an intoxicated or inadequate state.
2. Adults and Children
- Children under 6 years old can skate only with an attendant.
- Beginners and children must wear a protective helmet - mandatory.
- We offer armrests and knee pads.
- Beginners can use assistive devices - panda, bear or sticks.
- Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children.
3. Equipment and Clothing
Mandatory:
- Ice skates;
- Gloves;
- Appropriate clothing.
4. Skating is prohibited:
- With shoes;
- With food or drinks;
- With headphones, phones, or selfie sticks.
5. Ice behavior
It is prohibited:
- Pushing, chasing and aggressive riding;
- Intentional falling;
- Sitting or lying down on the ice;
- Figure jumps and complex elements during free skating.
The staff has the right to stop or remove persons who pose a risk to themselves or others.
6. Responsibility
All visitors use the ice rink at their own risk. The complex is not responsible for incidents caused by failure to comply with the rules or improper use of the equipment.
7. Individual instructor
Visitors to the ice rink have the opportunity to use the services of an individual instructor for an additional fee.
Hiring an instructor is carried out upon prior request.
8. Events and training
Additional rules and a predetermined schedule apply during training, tournaments, shows and special events.
9. Hygiene and condition of the ice
The ice is maintained and processed according to a schedule. In the event of a risk (water, damage or poor condition), skating may be temporarily suspended.
10. Sanctions
In case of violation of the rules:
- Verbal warning!
- Temporary or permanent suspension!
- Denial of access without refund!
